Why School offers numerous training programs in educational institutes with the objective to improve the relationship between teachers and students that promote critical thinking and question culture in schools. 

Three-Step Training Program: Teachers are the most important pillar of an education institute.Three-Step Program is specifically for teachers to understand what questions they have in their mind regarding their professions and how their answers can help them become friendly. Our two-day session solve their confusion to turn them into a helpful and empathetic teacher.

WHY Bootcamp: With the motive to improve teachers and students' relationship, we have designed this program, based on the models of Question Formulation Technique (QFT) and Student Quality Circle (SQC), in which they are taught about crafting good questions practically by using the principles of teamwork, critical thinking and communication skills.

Student Program: With the motive to help students to craft right questions, our two-day sessions aims to promote critical thinking by indulging them in different activities. 


Moreover, we have a program for corporate sector to motivate employees to explore their career and be the best version of themselves in their professional life. The session involves some ice-breaking moments, questions and guidance to give them a different lens that promotes learning attitude.
